As the Director of Operations, Jimo oversees all peer review cases and assigns them to the appropriate staff and physician reviewers. He also oversees the second reads for radiology, pathology, sleep medicine, and other diagnostic studies. Jimo supervises billing and works with the medical director to handle the physician credentialing process. He ensures SFUR complies with all URAC standards and maintains its accreditation.

Jimo graduated with degrees in Electronic Communications Engineering and Industrial Management from the Technological University of the Philippines—Manila. He gained experience in quality management when he worked as an intern at Lufthansa Technik Philippines and contributed to the success of the company becoming certified under ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System). He also has experience in hardware maintenance and development.
